Non disponiamo di un parcheggio di proprietà, quindi è fondamentale prenotare un posto auto in anticipo. Possiamo occuparcene noi! Basta comunicarci il modello dell’auto a noleggio o di proprietà.
Tariffe parcheggio convenzionato:
– Da 30€ per 24h per auto piccole (es. Smart)
– Fino a 45-55€ per 24h per auto molto grandi e SUV
– 60€ circa per Van (comunicaci l’altezza)

👶 Bambini & 🐾 Animali

È consentito il soggiorno gratuito di un solo bambino da 0 a 2 anni che dorme nel letto con i genitori. Tale bambino non paga il soggiorno. Ulteriori bambini, anche se nella stessa fascia d’età, o bambini di età superiore, saranno conteggiati come adulti ai fini della tariffazione.

Gli animali domestici non sono ammessi nella struttura.

👶 Children & 🐾 Pets

Only one child aged 0 to 2 years may stay for free when sharing the bed with parents. This child will not be charged. Additional children, even within the same age range, or any children older than 2 years, will be charged the same as adults.

Pets are not allowed on the property.

👤 Minori non accompagnati

I minori di 18 anni possono soggiornare solo se accompagnati da un adulto e autorizzati da almeno uno dei genitori (o tutore legale), tramite apposito modulo firmato e corredato di documento d’identità del firmatario. La documentazione deve essere inviata online prima dell’arrivo e presentata al check-in. In mancanza, la struttura potrà negare l’accesso al minore senza obbligo di rimborso.

👤 Unaccompanied Minors

Guests under 18 may stay only if accompanied by an adult and authorized by at least one parent (or legal guardian) through a signed form with a copy of the parent’s ID. The documentation must be submitted online prior to arrival and shown at check-in. Without it, the property may deny access to the minor without refund.
